The Judiciary
How many of us understand the point of our system of law and order? How many of us understand the point of the law and how those who become the purveyors of the levers of power have professional codes of conduct, ethics, and iron clad responsibilities called laws that facilitate the guarantee of liberty and justice for all predicted by the American Revolution and subsequent Declaration of Independence that created separation of powers in our government predicated on the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States in addition to 200 + years of precedent?
How many of us understand what that means? That the people given the power and authority of the state that includes the forceful compliance by violence, if necessary, have responsibilities and accountability defined by the structure of laws architected by the aforementioned and so much more?
What does that mean? Exactly what we all know it means. American Citizens have inalienable rights and the force of the state is not absolute. Corrupt officials cannot destroy the lives of citizens especially using crime in the process. If they did, what would that be called and what would the remedy be?
The same remedy that criminals are adjudicated with - The rule of law. . .
It’s the reason we are not the pandora of Kings. It’s why we were born.
The thing about the American legal system is that nowhere in any state or federal court or municipality was it ever forged through statute where officers of the court are allowed absolute immunity from the law they themselves practice from, where our government is erected on the premise of For, Of, and By the People, where the power bestowed upon government officials in the legal system with the profound power of the monopoly of violence do so from the consent of the governed. Why? Because we’ve been conditioned to believe the government has and will always operate with integrity and the dignity of the law such that the people are a) protected by their rights and b) that no institution of legal authority will breach that protection to pervert justice, and c) because evidence and the law are supreme – that no man or company is above.
Or at least that’s what we were all programmed to believe.
We know this is going to be difficult to accept by a great many people who haven’t experienced what millions have, but our courts are a function of our financial system more so than to the constitutional elements from which the judiciary was erected and structured.
In the year 2024, are any of us naive enough to believe that’s the true nature of our legal institutions and policing, given all the mayhem of police brutality subjected to those without the recourse of deep pockets to afford strong legal representation that can subvert the law? Doesn’t that fact pervert the entire justice system? Wasn’t it MLK who decried, “Injustice anywhere is injustice everywhere”?
We all know nothing is perfect, let alone the law, but what we’re in the midst of is horrific corruption that has destroyed the lives of millions of Americans while enriching the corruption that destroyed millions. If we didn’t aggregate the information and evidence on our journey, we wouldn’t believe it either, but that is the point of this website and effort – to reveal all that has been hidden by our government and media that protects the guilty.
Is that not what we’re seeing in all things Donald Trump? Is that not the nature of The Prosecutor versus The Felon? Is that not the revelations of Supreme Court Justices on the take of billionaires – to pervert justice and our constitution? Do you know who Leonard Leo is, for example?
People, we are in a crisis that is decades in the making and never before seen in American history. How and why? Because of everything this website and effort reveals, that puts it all together. From the global system of racketeering revealed in The Con to the methodology of the Federal Reserve Act 13 (3) used illegally to backdoor tens of trillions of dollars to the exact same criminals our system let get away with the largest racketeering enterprise in history. Could any of it be possible, without the complicity of the judicial system, through which we realize and codify the People’s stop gap to prevent all of it?
Indeed that is a vexing question to those without the evidence. But again, as in all things we present, we have what the entirety of the system has hidden from you.
The questions We the People must come to reconcile like Lawrence O’Donnel has been rightfully outraged about concerns the basics of what we know is supposed to be and the revelations of why they’re not – which strains credulity. Institutions lie – both intentionally and by incompetence.
For example
Have we not witnessed the government’s ongoing indictments of Donald Trump that incorporate 91 indictments and now 34 felony convictions that encompass the following:
Donald Trump defrauded the United States using Deceptive Act and Practices
He lied through the falsification of business documents to cover up hush money payments to a porn actress to cover up the affair that is illegal under the statutes of New York election laws
He used the falsification of business records to hyperinflate assets to get favorable terms from Deutsche Bank (The Only bank doing business with him who was also Putin’s international bank of choice)
He was fined $450MM and the Trump Business lost its license to operate in New York
Trump was indicted in Fulton County GA for racketeering to steal the 2020 Presidential election using a criminal organization to forge signatures in an electioneering scheme to steal the votes of the Electoral College.
While we’ll never see the theft of top secret documents that may have been used for leverage and payola when Trump took classified documents to Mar A Lago to potentially sell or barter with countries like Saudi Arabia and Russia or the full breadth and scope of what the DOJ has by way of DOJ Special Investigator Jack Smith as it relates to the entirety of the 2020 J6 Insurrection, what we can see clearly as voters who are presumably the last chance for democracy, are the patterns of falsification of business records used in deceptive acts and practices (The Con) to lie, cheat, and steal in every manner, shape, or form of his business, personal, and political life.
Further, we have seen his rape conviction in the E. Jean Carroll case for indiscretions he has exemplified his entire adult life that are sickeningly traumatizing to victims of sexual assault and abuse of power. This on top of the Dobbs decision which was the consequence of 40+ years of conservative groups attempting to repeal Roe in a faustian bargain with a transaction con artist who is a red carpet reflection of the corrupt power that gave birth to Trump and enabled Trump for decades.
Said another way, if Trump is guilty of these indiscretions, is not our entire system of finance and the law guilty of raping and betraying the American people if they did the same thing only on a scale monumentally larger?
IF we can see all of these elements made clear to us over the course of years,
alongside the revelation that Trump has never and will probably never go to prison - that tells us all we need to know.
But, is it sufficient to know Trump is walking through the rain drops because he is corrupt which means the system is corrupt? Or might it be beneficial to once again understand how? Is it beneficial to understand how the system is corrupt?
For tens of millions of us it is, and once again reveals why the information on this platform has the evidence to reveal the largest financial criminal conspiracy in history that has never ended.
If you accept that Donald Trump has been lying for years and getting away with it and it’s relevant to you because you do not want him to become president again; if this indeed is the end of democracy, might it be relevant that the entire judiciary and legal system from the Department of Justice, FBI, SEC, and Courts around the country failed at their job by allowing Wall Street to get away with the exact same crimes that we’re now presumably holding Trump accountable for?
If it’s astounding that Trump is getting away with 11 incidents of documentation forgeries to steal the election in six states that led to the insurrection, might you be surprised to learn that our very courts allowed tens of millions of documents to be forged while attorneys perjured themselves in courts around the country in courthouses under the purview of judges around this country that allowed tens of millions of felonies to go not only unpunished, but literally unnoticed in the financial systems bulldozing of America by illegally foreclosing on tens of millions of Americans that led the “Dons” of this calamity to walk away with tens of trillions of dollars?
Do you think it's an impossibility? Wouldn’t the media and government have risen to the challenge to thwart a criminal racketeering ring of this magnitude?
